As a cultural empath and innovator I feel a deep rooted urge to help organizations and individuals thrive. I feel that it is my primary job to understand where people are coming from.

My core competence is the combination of strategy and sustainable implementation. I am highly analytical and creative. As a result I immediately put my finger on the sore spot, see the weak aspect of a situation and find innovative solutions.
